“Everything in the world is so big to a child. Big people. Big dogs. Big cups. Big food.
Little things are such a relief now and then.”
To celebrate anything it seems that we need lots of food. At a celebration, grandmas make lots of fun things which little children can eat without asking permission. Grandma’s just put the food right on the “little” table where little hands can reach it. That is exactly what happened with the teeny tiny cupcakes. They weren’t intimidating like big cupcakes. They were little cupcakes in little cups with a little bit of frosting and some sprinkles. Each “cake” was just one over-flowing teaspoon of batter in a teeny tiny cup. I baked them in my teeny tiny cupcake pans.
“Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside.”
