“How can I control my life when I can’t control my hair?”
Fancy Nancy. Fancy Nancies, I mean. Now and then I take a photograph like this one. The fun will be to remember the days of Dora the Explorer and Fancy Nancy. If we are fortunate enough to keep our minds when we are old, we will have fun trying to guess when these ladies were the rage. Of course, their “little mothers” will remember. I know that I had a Tiny Tears doll and a “first doll” named Rose. I think if I saw a photograph of those dolls I would remember the time in which they were made. Do you think? My children remember when Stretch Monsters were made and all things Smurf. They remember when Underoos were cool. So, hey. . . why not remember Dora and Nancy? It is also good to get a photograph of something you want to tuck away and remember, when those somethings are in relatively good condition and can be found. Like before children play with them.
