“Keep a green tree in your heart and perhaps a songbird will come.”
-Chinese Proverb-
journal entry:
While I love the world I am not what you would call a “tree hugger” although I have hugged a tree before for different reasons. I believe in practical uses for all of the bounty with which we have been blessed. BUT, I love chipboard and so I am happy that something I love is made from other things I love. Paper. Just like everything else in the world of scrapbooking, chipboard cut-outs get better everyday. I don’t buy them at regular price. I don’t buy much of anything at regular price. When I do buy them, I put them into these clear, plastic containers. They stack. They’re clear. They are small. They are cheap. They work.
Chipboard is a wonderful to add dimension to projects and scrapbooks. I am just learning how to use it. Grandmothers can learn new tricks. Really . . . they can.
